We strive to provide a learning environment that is both educational and non-intimidating to our students. Our style of self-defense comes from a civilian, family viewpoint. We know the shooting range can be an intimidating place for new shooters and it is our goal for our students to benefit from a relaxed, even-paced introduction to the shooting sports.

In an effort to make a more comfortable learning atmosphere, we offer some of our classes as friend and or family only groups. We offer women only classes also. We recognize that some women are naturally intimidated when learning a traditionally male dominated activity. Our ladies only classes are held periodically through-out the year and always fill up quickly. (Call to reserve a spot or schedule a group class).

CLASSES

Offered Courses

NRA ILT Basic Pistol Course: $110

This teaches the basic fundamentals of handgun safety, function, use, and maintaining your personal firearm. It consists of a classroom portion, hands on demonstration, live fire, and a final exam.

*Certificates will be handed out upon completion.

This Class is required by some states for CCW license application.

(This is an NRA certified course.)

NRA Basic Pistol Blended: $65

The first Phase of this course is an online only class, along with a test through the NRA portal. (A NRA Control Code will be provided for $25 for the online portion).

Phase II will be conducted after the Phase I online course has been completed. This teaches the basic fundamentals of handgun safety, function, use, and maintaining your personal firearm. It consists of a classroom portion, demonstration, live fire, and a final exam. * Certificates will be handed out upon completion.

(This is an NRA certified course.)

Personal Protection Inside the Home: $100

This teaches personal protection with a pistol. It goes over what to do in the event of a home invasion, and how to safely clear your home of a threat.

(This is an NRA certified course and comes with a certificate of completion.)

*Basic pistol is a prerequisite to this courses

Basic Rifle Course: $110

This is a similar class to the basics of pistol, but it goes over all the fundamentals of safely owning and firing a rifle. This course requires classroom training and live fire training on the shooting range. (This is an NRA certified course and comes with a certificate of completion.)
